This crock pot stew was submitted by Tabitha at Tabitha’s Kitchen. It looks delicious! It would be great to fix during these cold snowed in days we’ve been having. Here is how she does it:
2 lbs of Beef Roast cup into 1 inch cubes
4 Potatoes chopped into 1 inch cubes
1 cup of sliced carrots
2 tsp of garlic spread & seasoning
1 tsp of season salt
1/2 tsp of parsley
1/2 tsp of basil
1 tbsp of minced garlic
1 (14.5) oz can of Tomatoes Diced with garlic, oregano & basil
1/4 cup of chopped onion
1 (14.5) oz can of Chicken Broth
Directions;
Cook Beef Roast cubes in large pan and season with Garlic Spread, Season Salt, Parsley, Basil and Minced Garlic. While this is cooking put chopped Potatoes, sliced Carrots, can of tomatoes, and Chicken Broth in the crock pot. Set crock pot to high setting and set timer for 3 1/2 hours. After Beef is done cooking completely add it to the large crock pot. If you use a small one cut ingredients in half. Low setting for 7 to 8 hrs. Original recipe can be found here.
