I threw these in a small crock pot when we were grilling out the other night. I have to say….. they were AMAZING!!!
° (2) 8 oz packages of button mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
° 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
° 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
° 1 teaspoon ground ginger
1. Mix soy sauce and sugar until sugar dissolves.
2. Add ginger and stir to incorporate.
3. Put mushrooms into 1/2 ~2 quart crock pot.
4. Pour soy mixture over top.
5. Cover and cool on high for 2 hours or on low for 3 ~ 4 hours.
