Stuffed Peppers

This is the best and most flavorful stuffed peppers I've ever eaten in my whole entire life. Even my husband (who claims to HATE peppers) went back for seconds. I'm gonna share with ya my "vlog" for it (just because sometimes a visual is better.... and easier to learn from) from my other YouTube channel. Here is one of my signature dishes... crock pot stuffed peppers. Enjoy!

*NOTE*  You can also substitute ground beef, ground pork, Boca crumbles or regular ground turkey for the turkey sausage. Just remember, the spices and herbs in the sausage help contribute to the fantastic flavor of this dish.
