EASY Pork Chops and Stuffing

Spray a 3 - 5  quart crock pot with PAM cooking spray.

Lay 1 1/2 pounds of boneless pork chops in a single layer (or as close to single layer as possible).

Thinly slice a medium sized onion and layer it evenly on top of pork chops.

Evenly sprinkle one box (I believe they are 6 ounce boxes) of StoveTop Stuffing after the onions.

Mix together a 10 1/2 ounce can of cream of celery soup and a third of a cup of water and pour over top of stuffing.

Cook on low for 5 - 6 hours.

*NOTE* Remember with less fatty cuts of meat, the longer you cook them, the dryer they become.


  1. Can you start out w frozen meat, or does it need to be thawed? If frozen, increase cooking time?

  2. I do start with frozen meat often. However, it does make it a little more watered down.

    I simply take the lid off and let it evaporate the last 30 minutes to hour of cooking. I've never really had to change the cook time, but check the temperature of the meat before serving in case your crock pot/ slow cooker cooks differently than mine.

    1. If you cook it on high does it take less time to cook?
